For me, singing is instinctive. The most important thing is to be sincere and to feel the moment’s emotion. I love to sing ballads, even though I also like groovy tunes. You have to let yourself be carried away by the music and know how to lay bare your soul if you want to touch people’s hearts. Concerning the album Reset to Love which is to be released in Spring 2022, I chose to sing original songs, while the previous one The Bumpy Road to Love consisted of jazz covers. I have been writing songs for a long time and so I wanted to offer my audience something more personal. There still are three covers on the album: You go to my head, a jazz standard, When I get over you, an english song covered by Randy Crawford, Be thou my vision, an Irish church song and the music of the movie “Les 400 coups” by François Truffaut on which I wrote english lyrics: Midnight Lullaby.
